The hotel had a great location close to the main town, but the rooms and service left much to be desired. The cleanliness was lacking, especially in the changing area, and the staff was rude. The location was convenient for exploring the city but fell short of the standards expected from a five-star hotel.
The hotel is a bit of a trek from the pool and restaurant, with rooms needing improvement. The service, however, was very helpful. The location is nice with plenty of sunbeds and some noise from kids. The dining experience offers a wide variety of food, but could have more English options.
