The aqua park was AMAZING! My kids had a wonderful time on all the slides. Breakfast offered fresh and varied options. Everyone found something they loved. The staff were warm and very cute. I was grateful for how clean and spacious the room was. It gave us plenty of space to unwind after long days.

The lighting in some areas felt a little dim.

The bathroom lacked a bidet. This was inconvenient. the room did not include a kettle. This was disappointing given my expectation for basic amenities. the refrigerator was non-functional . This affected my ability to store refreshments.

The hotel includes two pools and an aqua park. I found entertainment throughout the day and evening. I thought the entertainment staff were good.. Beds were comfortable. Free wifi was available.

I found the food very average. The food was repetitive. I believe this hotel is not catered for English guests.
